MP-FMZH or MP-482C?

Postby VadZappa » Mon Jul 03, 2006 1:06 am

Last year (2005) I bought player (maybe S1mp3) but it has HYNIX chipset and board id of my device is MP-FMZH.
So, I spent a lot of time to repair it, but now it works and I'm very happy!

OK.

Step 1. During putting the device to recovery mode you should try to touch all legs on the whole board - from 2 till 4 at a time (some of them format disk, some put the device to recover mode).

Step 2. You could use firmware for MP-482C v 11 and v 13.

So, now I'm enjoing my player again!

It's OK when your player is recognized as adfu device - it means that your device is not dead :).
Now you need the software to upload new firmware to the player.
Such software could be found on S1mp3.org - now I even don't remember exactly which software I used.

Just try and everything will be OK :D
