S1MP3 almost dead

Postby mp3player » Mon Feb 02, 2009 7:31 pm

Dear all,
I'm new of this forum.
I have and AUDIOLA MP3 reader, with pcb code YF001A YK00808@163.com using the ATJ2051 device.
My problem is the following:
I have added few songs to the MP3 without any problem. I have switched it Off and later On and the results is that nothing works anymore.
The lcd backlight goes on, but the display stays blank, I tried to push all the switches but without any positive results.
The MP3 is recognized when I connect it to the PC, and also I can write and read inside its memory.
If I push the play button, or the mode button, it change from Off to On, and change again its condition when the button is pushed once more.
I have followed the instruction in your web page, I have downloaded and flashed also a newer version of the dump.bin file, without any results.
Please may you give me some more instructions, idea etc..

Best regards in advance.

First: It was not a firmware problem. You shouldnt flash your player.

Second: Now, you have another problem... You need the correct firmware to your player to make it work again. Good luck.

Try to find some wire/board problems. Otherwise, you may use it as a pendrive.
