I check firmware version on its setting :

My mp3 can't play. when click play its turn to record tools.
When i format it with low mode in mp3 ultility, it can play awhile then has error like that

I have a sietek mp3, 128mb, and I can´t see de board id. it´s a compact model, litium battery inside, charge by USB, for that reason I don´t brake it.

I tried a few fw'(9.x.x 9.0.4x 3.5.3x) but the upgrade tool (1.x 2.x 3.x 4.x 5.x)gives an error message:
-Protocol not the same as previous version with them all
-Read or write flash BLOCK0 error; Invalid upgrade firmware file
-Read or write device information failed!`Please exit the program and check if device is connecting.

I tested the firmware in the forum but no one works.

Hi, my player GETHAP EA-681 512 died while i was changing a firmware.
It is bad.
There in no board id no written on it.
