Firmwre 9.1.51 won't dump

Hello , i recently acquired a brand new mp4 player (nano clone) branded GutSchneid and tried to dump its firmware beceause i want to change the logos and icons (they suck). My problem is that s1fwx can't extract my firmware. I used two versions , one dumped a damaged firmware file (wich s1res wouldn't open) and the other one gave me an error when i tried to dump the firmware. There's nothing wrong with s1fwx as i succesefully tested them on a mp3 with firmware version 3.5.37 .
So , what's to do ? Is there any software that can extract / mod my firmware ?

Of course your firmware wouldn't download, s1fwx can't read the V9.xx.xx firmwares.
Please read the forum before creating a new topic.
