Dead MP4 ak1025

please help with my new dead 2GB MP4.
Tried pretty much guides and software, if someone knows how to revive it please tell me...

Good day everyone!
I also have this problem. I got this mp4 player off eBay for USD$10.
After 1month using it, one day the screen just suddently went blank. Reset button doesn't work too.
When i on the player, there's only a blank white screen and no menus, no songs....
Inside the player is AK1025, 2GB.

If anyone has the firmware, pls post a link here TQ!
