dumping NAND

Hi,
after I posted this request http://forum.s1mp3.org/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=10222 I have worked hours to get the firmware oput of the device....no way....I want to try another way...
I want to dump the content of the NAND in which (I assume) the firmware is stored.
I believe I have no problem doing that but I need help to understand....is the firmware 100% stored in the NAND memory or it is in the ATJ2237T?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
