my s1mp3 is dead !

i Try whith the short circuit , and try to connect to the pc but the pc doesnt recognize the mp3 It says that device is unknow :\ What should i do if the pc doesn recognize i cant fix it :\ ! tell me ideas my mp3 model is an nextar s1mp3 with lcd Red I gonna put a picture Soon !
