Problems extracting firmware?

So I just got a Sharper Image 2Gb player, which seems to be a Wilson S1. I am having trouble extracting the firmware -- what am I doing wrong? Feel free to laugh at me as I've just started and probably didn't read all the right docs.

Here is what happens with s1fwx:

Looks like it worked with s1res in GIVEIO mode.

Your player's firmware can't be extracted. Stop messing with it or it will stop working.

Follow the rules!
1) Don't ask for firmwares!
2) Read the forum rules
3) Read the forum and the main S1mp3 page, there are all the necessary info to get your player working again.
4) Try the "dead recovery guide"
5) Download some firmwares, there are a lot of ATJ 2085 FW's posted in the download area.
6) if we had a firmware, it was already posted except for my 400 9.x.xx firmwares archive that would never be posted.
7) If it's a ATJ2091 or ATJ2097 or AK1025, it's impossible to find a compatible firmware.
