I KILL my mp4 yesterday it runs but y putt other mp4 driver an now i only see a blue screen.

I need help beacouse i don´t under stand english very well im from spain.

I have the following problem:
I must extract the firmware from my mp3 player (brand: KENTRON model: KEKUBE 512mb) because i have accidentally selected the menu for the firmware upgrade and the mp3 player shows "Loading". I have the utility for upgrade or recover the firmware but i have not the file: the player doesn't restart until i give him the firmware file.
Then i have installed the s1mp3fw utility but desn't recognize the player "scan for device... no device found" (even if windows recognize the player as g:)

Hola, el MPx es una versión nueva y obviamente no podés extraer el firmware con las aplicaciones S1FWX, etc. porque no son compatibles con los nuevos chips actions como el atj2091 o 2097 o el clon AK1025. En realidad los chips están bloqueados para no extraer el firmware.
Podés hacer una copia con el S1Clone por las dudas se te muere mas adelante pero no es seguro de que funcione por la cantidad de errores que puede haber al copiarlo. También es probable que el S1CLONE no encuentre la memoria interna del reproductor si esta fué conectada de manera distinta adentro del reproductor a lo que el programa espera.
Me tomo la libertad de responder en español porque veo que usas Win en español.

Brief english translation: The S1fwx tool doesn't work with the new chips from actions. The FW can be copied with S1Clone but it's a buggy process and not reliable. S1clone may not detect some players that have the memory wired in other way that the program can't recognize.
