DIGITAL PLAYER PR. ACT2097_S72_1

I have formatted this player, (originally 4 GB), with my pc (o.s. win xp). But now its capacity is 470 mb if I connect the player to my notebook: and I cannot connect it to other computers. Can somebody help me? Thanks.
