Hi! I have problem...my Computer found my mp3 as ADFU and when I try installed drivers from mp3 I see : "software installed from Your Computer didn't pass the tests of compatibility XP"(?) and I have only "OK" and if a click Ok instalation be finished (but drivers do not be install).Display is all time blue help me!

david1916, I had the same trouble as you.
You may go to Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Driver signature and choose "ignore" or "ask" (or something like that).
After that you can install the driver normally.

Hello dear Barman

I have the same problem, but I cannot recover my mp3 even as or even a data traveler USB device .
I asked the seller for original firmware and they sent the attached file for me.
Unfortunately I can not recover my player(because its dead and can not be upgraded by upgrade tool ) , when I used this firmware file, the updater program answered :
>> Invalid upgrade firmware file <<
It didn't work on my player but may be it can help you.
